Question
If a larger chamber would go higher than a smaller chamber.
If a larger chamber would go higher than a smaller chamber.
Hypothesis:
If the Size of the chamber effected the volume of the water and air than the rocket would go higher because the chamber of the larger rocket could hold more water thn the smaller rocket. My rocket |
Conclusion:
The larger chambered rocket went higher than the smaller chamber. The larger rocket went 180m (the equation is tang(74.5)*50) The smaller rocket went 13.27m (the equation is tang(53)*22) |

Construction:
step1: First I cut the top just a little bit of one bottle and the bottom of a bottle and the top and bottom of a bottle step2: I used J.b. weld to put my three smart water bottles together. Then is put them in a hot water bath. step3: Then I made my fins and put a kind of cut them in a design and J.B. weld them to my rocket. step4: Then I cut a cone from my Styrofoam and put it on my rocket. step5: then i spray painted it the color i wanted. |
